In this terms and condition page “we” and “our” refer to The Nut Lounge Australia (ABN: 16 160 494 495) and references to “you” and “your” is to you, the end user.
By using our website, placing an order and/or creating an account you agree to be bound by these terms and it creates agreement between TNLA and you. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Site.
PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES
We may from time to time offer promotion discount codes, which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified purchases made through our website.
Any further conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
The following general terms relate to all promotions and discount codes offer by us:
- Only one promotion code can be used per order, per person.
- A promotion code cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing offer.
- Selected product and packaging size exclusions may apply.
- A promotion code cannot be used after an order has been placed.
- A promotion code may be valid for a certain period of time and will be specified to the customer.
ALLERGEN CAUTION
We pack a wide range of natural food products on shared equipment including nuts, seeds, grains and cereals. This includes sesame, peanuts, soya protein and gluten containing products. While we do our best to avoid any kind of cross contamination this can occasionally occur and any of our products may contain traces of these.
PRIVACY POLICY
You agree that you will not do anything that shall compromise TNL’s compliance with its Privacy Policy nor do anything contrary to the Privacy Policy in so far as your use of the Site is concerned.
We may amend the Privacy Policy from time-to-time without notice and at our absolute discretion, and by continuing to use the Site you accept such changes.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
- Purchase of Goods and Services from this online store via the Site is confirmed when the Customer completes payment for those Goods and Services.
- All purchases must be made with either credit or debit card only.
- Delivery address provided by you on the order will be the address where the goods are to be delivered. So, it is important that you provide accurate shipping address.
- Shipping charge will be advised to the Customer prior to payment of the Order.
- TNLA reserves the right to cancel any Order should the shipping fees be deemed insufficient.
- Orders will be shipped within the number of days specified in the shipping page of the Site, from payment being received unless otherwise agreed between the parties. Shipping times may change during festive seasons or uncertain times
- Customers will be notified by email once the Goods are dispatched.

The Nuts Lounge Australia – Return Policy
At The Nuts Lounge Australia, we pack the orders fresh with utmost care and attention.
In an unlikely event where you have received the products with below conditions, we will accept return:
- The Best Before date has passed when received
- The incorrect product has been supplied
- The product is deemed faulty by us.
Please contact our customer service team for assistance and they will guide you how to return the product. Contact Us
Claim for return must be made within 7 days of receiving the products.
Due to the nature of our goods, and in accordance to health regulations, once they leave our warehouse we cannot offer refund/replacement after this time period has lapsed.
Refunds will be processed after the product has been received and checked into our warehouse.
- All claims must provide appropriate photo evidence and detailed information to verify and be approved by the customer service team prior to the goods being returned.
- Returning the product to us without approval will not entitle you to any form of credit.
- The goods must be returned in clean, sealed condition and within the original packaging.
- Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your products arrive damaged, you must email us a picture of the damaged product with the Best before date, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We understand that these issues can happen and will always do what we can to ensure our customers are always happy.
Any Return postage is to be paid by the customer, it can be refunded on discretion of nut lounge review.
Please do not dispose of any products in question relating to your claim until the claim has been finalised as it may be required as evidence and/or further investigation.
