Organic Rolled Oats

Organic rolled oats are made from oat groats that are hulled, steamed and flattened to create nutritious oat flakes.Oats are one of the traditonal breakfast cereal and are very easy to use. Simply mix with nuts, seeds and dried fruit to make muesli blend. If you want a bit more taste add cruunch add some sweetner and coconut oil and bake it to make curnchy granola. Alternatively cook with milk (any source) to make creamy porridge and top with some fresh fruit of your choice.
